Caesar salad with chicken and Zarotti Anchovy Mayonnaise



Step 1
Cook the chicken breast on a hot plate and cut into small strips.
Add salt.
Step 2
Cut the bread into small cubes and brown it in a pan with a little oil.
Step 3
Create a sauce by mixing the Zarotti Anchovy Mayonnaise with the lemon juice, Worcester sauce, and vinegar.
Step 4
Season the washed lettuce with the prepared sauce and add the chicken strips and the prepared croutons.
Step 5
Finish with the flakes of Parmesan and a drizzle of oil.
