“Crostini” grilled bread with anchovy butter



Take the slices of bread, brush both sides with the oil from the anchovies, grill but don’t burn the slices of bread, and then set them aside.
Meanwhile, prepare a mixture of anchovies, garlic, chilli, parsley and a pinch of salt.
Chop the mixture, add the butter and mix into a paste.
Let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.

To serve

Cut the bread into small squares and spread them with the anchovy paste mixture.
