New potatoes with anchovy mayonnaise and toasted sesame seeds



Boil the peeled new potatoes in salted water flavoured with a tablespoonful of white vinegar. Drain when soft but still intact. Put them onto a skewer, “dip” half in the toasted sesame seeds and decorate with a tuft of anchovy cream mayonnaise.

To serve

Sprinkle with fresh herbs as desired. Serve warm
