Toasted baguette with mozzarella, anchovy cream and basil



Cut thin slices of baguette and toast them in the oven for 3 minutes at 180°C.
Put a piece of mozzarella on a slice of bread, a dab of classic anchovy cream and half a basil leaf. Cover with another slice of bread and bake again for 1-2 minutes.

To serve

Serve hot and crispy!
