Vegetable tartlet with Zarotti “Colatura”



After washing the vegetables cut into small squares, arrange on a plate, cover with cling film and put in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Drain the excess liquid from the vegetables and arrange them in a bowl until they cool.
Meanwhile beat the eggs and cream together with the pepper and “Colatura” and add the mixture to the vegetables. Add the finely chopped basil and finally mix together well.
Grease four aluminium moulds, pour the mixture in until full and cook at 180°C for twenty minutes.
