Spaghetti Marinara with Zarotti Anchovy Cream with tomato and chilli pepper

Preparation

Step 1
Heat the oil in a saucepan with the garlic cloves and the pepper, when it begins to brown immediately add the peeled tomatoes and mix well.
Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Then add the sugar to remove acidity and a couple of tablespoons of Zarotti Anchovy Cream with tomato and chilli pepper. Mix and adjust the salt if necessary.
Step 2
Continue cooking for approx another five minutes.
Step3
Cook the spaghetti al dente, drain and season with the prepared sauce. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, chopped parsley and a sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
