The Colatura di Alici (anchovy dripping), the pride of Cetara, is a Traditional Agri-Food Product (P.A.T.), with a liquid consistency and an amber color.
Its origins date back to the Roman Garum, an authentic delicacy of antiquity, whose recipe was recovered in the Middle Ages by the monks of the Amalfi Coast.
An ancient condiment for modern lovers of good food: superb with spaghetti and perfect for combinations with fish or vegetable dishes.
