Anchovy Mayonnaise is a classic mayonnaise delicately enriched by the flavour of anchovies. To be used exactly like a classic mayonnaise.

Sunflower oil, whole pasteurized eggs (12%), anchovy paste (11%), lemon juice, sugar, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate; rosemary aroma.
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within a short time.
